We only stayed here for 9 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was great. Booked suite with walk in cupboard. The location was stunning in a safe neighbourhood.

The hotel is conveniently located near a taxi stop, a large supermarket, and bars by the seafront in the tourist area. the pool was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly kind and exceptionally nice. - We booked an exceptional, spotless room with a walk-in closet, all necessary facilities, and a balcony.

The hotel was clean, the room was fairly quiet and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. My room included a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area. The staff were absolutely kind when asking for tips about Cozumel. The garden had good choice of appetising meals for breakfast. The location was marvellous and walking distance to gardens and tropical plants. Set in truly beautiful area, bars and restaurants were within walking distance to the venue.

The location was great, just a short stroll away from Paradise Reef. The staff were lovely and fine day and night. Really enjoyed staying at the amazingly comfortable and exceptionally nice a double room with walk in cupboard

The Hacienda Boutique B&B And Spa Solo Adultos in Cozumel is a wonderful hotel with a Mexican-style building. the staff is very kind and welcoming. the location is fantastic, close to the car ferry and a 24/7 supermarket. I especially love the nearby the Key Lime Pie Factory for delicious desserts. this is my go-to place to stay in Cozumel.

The breakfast prepared by their in-house chef was delicious. the pool was well-maintained and clean. - the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities. - the bed was large and comfortable. - the location was stunning, conveniently close to taxis, grocery stores, an ATM, a Mexican museum, and the main square with restaurants.

Had a really really nice stay with my husband, we spent 9 nights here, everything was great. My a double room was exceptional with balcony. The breakfast by chef in house was served in the garden.

Location: great and beautiful, really close to bars closer to the seafront in the touristy area, and the city centre. Awesome and wonderful staff, always with a smile.

The rooms here are quiet and come with a balcony, full facilities, and a walk-in closet; this place is wonderfully located near San Miguel's downtown area and has a peaceful atmosphere.

I recently stayed at a lovely, boutique B&B in Cozumel, and I couldn't recommend it more. Patricia, the owner, made my stay very pleasant with her attentiveness and great English. The room and bathroom were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the courtyard was a charming oasis. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a variety of options. I loved the convenience of the water refill and the common refrigerator next to the pool. The outside kitchen was a great addition, and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax after a day out. The owners even organized scooter rentals for me, making it easy to explore the area.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
